Joe's tour in Vietnam was from 1967 to 1969.
Joe Garcia passed away on December 12th, 2009 of Ischaemic Heart Disease. His funeral was held December 15th at the James A. Reardon-Paytom Mortuary in Oxnard, CA.
The VA made Ischaemic Heart Disease a service connected disability because of Agent Orange.
Joe Garcia recieved both Catholic and Military Services. May he rest in peace.
